Well, your order is making its way through our system and is headed over to our printing warehouse. Once there, the shirt, in the correct size and color, will be selected off a shelf, have a bar code attached to it and the design will be printed. After it is printed and dried, the shirt will be perfectly folded and put in an envelope ready for shipping. This process takes 2-3 business days.
Standard domestic shipping costs $5.99 for one item or is free with 2+ items. Domestic packages are bagged and delivered to the DHL sorting facility in Sumner, Washington. From there, packages are put on a DHL truck and driven to a central location in your area and the package is handed off to the local USPS delivery team. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep or mailbox in 5-10 days by your local USPS postal carrier. We do deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses. For APO addresses, please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery, depending on your base location.
Premium shipping is $12.99 and this option is available on the second page of the checkout process. If you chose premium shipping at checkout, your package will be sent via USPS 2-3 Day Priority shipping in a flat rate padded envelope or box. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep or mailbox within 2-3 mail days after you receive the shipment notification.
International shipping costs $6.99 for packages going to Canada and $8.99 for all other countries. Orders of two or more items ship FREE. International packages are bagged and delivered to the International DHL sorting facility in Carson, California. From there, they are put on a plane, train or boat to their destination country. Once there, the package is processed through your country's customs department and handed off to the local postal service. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep, mailbox or local postal pickup office within 2-6 weeks.
Depending on the country, tariffs and customs charges may be applied. These are costs that we do not cover and will be due to your local post office before you can receive your package. To learn more, call your local post office.
If the package is returned to us because of a bad address, we can resend it to your correct address for a $5 reshipment fee for US orders, or $10 for International.
