Exchange and Return Policy

Free Exchanges

Shirt doesn't fit? Want a different color? Ordered the wrong design? No worries!

We offer free exchanges so that you can end up with the perfect product! All you have to do is email us at support@iloveapparel.com with your name, order number and what you'd like to exchange. We will email you back with approval and a pre-paid return label. Just package the shirt back up, attach the label and give it to your USPS mail carrier or local post office.

Conditions

  • Items must be back to us within 30 days of you receiving the original order
  • Shirts cannot be worn or washed (trying the shirt on doesn't count as worn)
  • Clearance shirts and Custom shirts are not able to be exchanged
  • International customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. A pre-paid return label will not be available.

 

Returns

Don't like something about your item and don't want a new shirt? We are always sad to see you go, but we are happy to make you happy!

We offer returns for any reason! All you have to do is email us at support@iloveapparel.com with your name, order number and what you'd like to return. We will email you back with approval and a pre-paid return label. Just package the shirt back up, attach the label and give it to your USPS mail carrier or local post office. There is a flat $5.00 restocking fee for returns that will be deducted from the refund.

Holiday Extension

For orders placed between November 1st and December 15th, the exchange policy is extended to 60 days. The return policy does not change.
